Our facility houses the most sophisticated equipment, including CNC Swiss Automatic Turning Centers, HAAS Super VF 3 5-Axis VMC and horizontal mills, CNC thread grinders, and Mitsubishi EDM Wire Machines, as well as a state-of-the-art electro polishing and passivation system. With this equipment, we have the capability to grind, mill, turn, thread, broach, polish, and buff with dimensional tolerances to within +/-.0001.

DEWTEC’s custom designed Type II and Type III color-anodizing facility is one of the most state-of-the-art operations in the country. Our environmentally safe system has an automated process line with hundreds of run strategies that provide superior accuracy, quality, consistency, and repeatability.

Titanium Anodizing is a unique electro-chemical process that partially penetrates into the base metal. Industry studies show this process improves fatigue strength, making it stronger and increasing its resistance to galling. Titanium color anodizing imparts an identification feature, which is nontoxic and biocompatible. We provide Titanium anodizing and passivation for implant-grade cleanliness. We anodize Per AMS 2488 Type II and Type III colors.
